The Wagyu Côte de Boeuf is a luxurious, bone-in rib roast celebrated for its deep marbling and intense flavor. The inherent richness of Wagyu shines through with just a classic seasoning of salt and pepper.
To prepare, generously season the côte de boeuf with salt and pepper on all sides. Grill over medium high heat for 8-10 minutes per side flipping every 2 minutes to achieve a medium doneness with a juicy, pink interior. Remove the côte de boeuf from the grill and let it rest for 10-15 minutes to lock in the juices. Slice against the grain and serve with a side of our signature shallot sauce.
