Wagyu Patty

Our 8-10 oz Wagyu Beef Patty is a juicy, flavorful burger packed with the rich flavor Wagyu is known for. Try it with our Prime Cut Burger Sauce or Beef Bacon Jam.

To prepare, generously season both sides of the patty with salt and pepper. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, then place the patty on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side to reach a medium doneness, with a warm, pink center. Remove the patty from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve on a bun with our Burger Sauce and some Crispy Onions.
