
Wagyu Beef Shish Kebab
Our Wagyu Beef Shish is more than just a meal – it's an experience. The velvety texture of our Wagyu beef simply melts in your mouth, coating your palate with its rich, buttery flavors. Savor each bite, indulge in the flavors, and enjoy the luxurious texture.
To prepare, gently pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Sprinkle both sides of the beef cubes with S&P. Preheat your grill to medium-low heat (around 300°F/150°C). Place the Wagyu beef shish cubes on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, remove the Wagyu beef shish cubes from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve the grilled cubes hot, garnished with your favorite herbs, spices, or sauces.
