To prepare, generously season the tomahawk with salt and pepper on all sides. Grill over Medium-High heat for 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness, to reach a medium doneness with a warm, pink center. Remove the tomahawk from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the juices to settle. Slice against the grain and serve immediately with Prime Cut Chimichurri or our Roasted Garlic.
